Depends from the environment. Maybe kids from multicultural counties are more tolerant cause they grow up with people from other races. In homogeneous countries its the other way around. I remember an incident when I was in the Greek middle school, a black kid came in and everyone was saying "look! a black guy!" while laughing. Of course we didnt bully him but for us this kid was looking very strange haha

I dont think its parental fault at all. Its the whole emotional mechanism we have since the first anatomically modern human ever existed 200,000 years ago

I agree. When I was a kid Spain was still very homogeneous, and seeing someone out of the ordinary in the streets always drew attention and raised reactions, most times simple surprise and guffaw and mockering from kids.

And I don't see any evil sin in that video, you can see this kind of behaviour in kids whit someone who is different, fat, deformed or whatever. Kids in group often are mercyless. But the kid is black and then racist paranoia is triggered among many members here, a reaction not that different of those kids I think.

At that age children are like sponges assimilating their surroundings and with very little filters. They picked that somewhere by direct or indirect influence.
Read some article claiming they shouted "Moro, moro" to the other kid. Not being a Spanish speaker it's a bit hard to discern with 100% certain.

Huh what happened. This is nothing. When I was a kid at a Catholic school and we got a 1/2 day off for a holiday we would cut through the woods of a public school and had to fight them. This is nothing.

White brazilians would never left their kids do that, because kids dont stay alone in streets, they are always with parents because its a dangerous country. And if your kid behave racist, all your family will lost social prestige among other whites

Wrong.In school (particular), I had a mulatto studing in my class.Ok, it was 34 kids being 1 mulatto and 33 Whites, but the mulatto was well treated by others kids.
