As long as you think of them as sexual/reproductive objects and not fellow humans, you're repulsive to everyone except the other brainwashed Incels. I would advise not reading into anymore incel ideology, and reducing the hardcore-ness level of porn you watch. Maybe even switching to BBW or some other porn with women that are closer to your league, and just something more realistic in general and not some girls getting prodded with baseball bat sized dicks or something, because it warps your sense of reality.. - other wise if you ever do land a girl you'll be used to jerking it to some hot girls or someone getting fisted or fucked with a giant 12 inch dick and you won't be able to orgasm.

You should probably try exercising too which is a natural way to increase dopamine/serotonin.. You really need to work on your physical health because a healthy mind requires a healthy body and vis versa.. Television, social media, porn and other things contribute to unhealthy repulsive minds.. I would strongly suggest getting a hobby that requires you going outside like fishing or sports or something. You need to work on yourself before you work on trying to get a girl IMO, because as long as you don't see the woman as equal then it's not going to work very well.. Also don't listen to these pickup artists either.. Don't tell lies to try to attract women. Try to think of things that interest you, like hobbies, or other activities and pursue those hobbies.. Most likely there will be a girl out there or several who are into those same hobbies. Even video games, although you don't want to do too much gaming. Everything is better in moderation.

It's not that complicated.. Just be normal, don't listen to the incel BS because that shit will make you a loser for sure. You won't be able to make friends with either gender because they'll think you're fucked up, and the friends you do make will be other incels and they'll just feed into your negativity until you eventually commit suicide or worse. You don't have to adhere to these rules strictly, but I suggest not lurking on this forum, either, don't go to any forums unless they're for some kind of hobby or activity that doesn't involve objectifying women. Yes some women are shitty, so are a lot of men, some are whores, so are men. A lot of people have a shitty experience with their mother when they are really young and it warps their perception of women, but you have to realize what caused those warped views and accept it and realize that all women aren't like that, and that there are shitty people of every gender and every race, but there are also a lot of good people, too. You just have to work on being a good productive person and you will for sure find a good girl. Patience is key to everything, whether it be pursuing your hobbies, your dreams, your goals, women, etc.. Life is a lot of work, no one said it was easy. Some guys have an easier time talking to women, but hey, there's plenty more who don't and you're not alone..
