    Sounds exactly like the Carolinas and Virginia. So does Suffolk.

    And Norfolk sounds like Maine.

    Makes sense as the American Southern Accent is closer to the British Accent.

    The counties that you posted in this video admittedly do sound American but in real life they dont sound anything like that, this video is poor

    That is because the regions accents have been replaced by Received Pronunciation/"RP" accent.

    Kent also sounds a bit Texan-like.

    I think East Anglia accents sound a bit New England, and the southern coast of England more like US southerners.

    Yes.

    But in my experience East Anglians sound like the northeast US (or at least you can tell this is the origin of all of our accents) while the Kent/Essex/Sussex area sounds southern US (Carolinas, Virginia, Georgia).
