Well it is true in some sense what he said
Alot of Caucasus and North Anatolian"Black Sea" types can pass in Balkans too.
The difference is that some Caucasian people may have also Turkic admixture.
But even Balkans has some people who are descended from Turkic people.
I don't claim its everwhere but in some parts of Romania and even Hungary there are Cumans

Armenia because Bulgaria and Romania have a lot of Dinarics that are closer to Armenoid type.
These Bulgarians look like typical Armenians to me.
