I imported my results from 23andme. It also seems my Caucasian ancestors significantly intermarried with Anatolians. I also asked about the Southwest Asian/Arabian component was given this answer to my question about the Arabian component
Well, if you examine the populations being used to define the Western Asian cluster, you'd notice that the populations being used are from Iraq, Turkey, Iran, Armenia, Georgia, Cyprus, Azerbaijan, Lebanon, Syria and Uzbekistan. The reason why you observe Iraqi Arabs exhibiting a Western Asian shift, even those who reside in countries proximal to Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait and so fourth is because an
Iraqi reference population is being used to form part of the Western Asian component. These Iraqis who undoubtedly possess a large proportion of Southwest Asian admixture by virtue of being part of that cluster, is now being consolidated into the Western Asian component and recognized by 23andMe's algorithm as being part of Western Asian variation.
