I know Dominicans and Puerto Ricans tend to beef with each other a lot, while strangely having a high intermarriage rate. But how do Dominicans feel about Cubans? I feel like Dominicans and Cubans are both very indifferent or neutral towards each other while both groups tend to have strong opinions about Puerto Ricans(or Nuyoricans in particular.)

I never known Dominicans to have any opinion on Cubans whatsoever. It's funny, too, because I remember reading how one of your former presidents(forgot his name) had a massive beef with Fidel Castro because the Cuban Army tried to invade the DR at various times in history to push communism.

Since you live in Florida, is it the same way down there?

im gonna put it out with honesty

there r two kinds of cubans, one kind has treated me like family and very well, this kind of cuban has showed me nothing but respect, love, and wonderful hospitality that i cant ever thank enough for those who have helped me in any way they can because i will tell u that when they r going to help u, they will literally help u out more than u'd expect. im gonna leave it at that, these type a cubans doesnt give three fucks about race, nationality, or ethnicity

now, the other cuban is the total opposite, lets just say that these r the type a cubans that run this city and do not believe in speaking english in an english speaking country which for me is disrespectful on every level. gringos who were born and raised in miami post 1959 have all had a terrible time because of the cubans and have moved out because they r not cuban, do not speak spanish, or get treated like shit by the bad cubans. these same type of cubans hate everyone else, lets just say that if u r not cuban u will not make it far in miami because these r the type that only help eachother out and shun the non cubans, meaning that they will fire or rid of you for more cubans, or make your life a living hell cause ur not cuban and they r racist, disgusting, and pathetic on every level and talk alot of shit about everyomne, and they talk about fidel castro and how bad he was blah blah blah, communist that and this like if we r supposed to pity em, they throw a fucking pandrum pity party for every little thing, very spoiled cause when they come here they have everything withint four months of arrival, a car, a job, residency, a place to sleep, etc...

i have gotten along well with most cubans so, the fact that im dominican has very little affect on what or how they think of me for mpoost of em but, the bad ones fuck me over without me knowing and they do a good job at it too, like i said before the only non cubans that r thriving in miami r not from miami and made their fortune outside or were born and raised in miami pre 1959

black cubans r different from white cubans so i have to add this, black cubans have all treated me like a fam so, and thats partly due to the racism they recieve from the white cubans

Also, do Cibaenos and Santo Domingo Dominicans beef with each other? I noticed Cibaenos like to troll/crap on other Dominicans online a lot.
