India and China have always seen brilliant civilizations too.

Only the Arabian peninsula, and perhaps Arab Spain/and parts of France when we ruled them and actually developed a very sophisticated civilization

If we are talking about traditional cultures, outside of my own I like:

--French, Scandinavian, Polish

--Chinese, Japanese, Korean (though I like the Chinese best)

--The non-Islamic Indo-Aryan world (ancient/Zoroastrian Persia and Hindu India)

--Various steppe cultures (Scythians, Sarmatians, Turks, Mongols, etc.)

--Ancient Egypt
