Players are shamed and given names but what are you going to do, lynch them? It's all about the refs. 99% of football fans would agree that diving should be punished severely (even through video).

As for celebrations, they used to be genuine too. You know, like someone jumping out of joy with his hands raised. But that's another thing ruined by modern retardation (and unfortunately not as shamed as diving). There are exceptions to the rule here too though.
