The sushi diet

Next week, I will do the sushi diet - this is where I only eat 2 California Rolls, and nothing else, every day from Monday-Friday.

Each is 250 calories, so this is 500 calories a day.

This way, I'll have a 2000 calorie deficit every day, so I should lose 3 pounds a week.

Very poor way of dieting. Need more variety in your diet, nutrients, etc., and 5 lbs of weight loss a week won't be sustainable for long. You are likely to crash and end your diet in a dramatic way, but we'll see.
