I think these football fields are used by everyone but I'm not sure.Here in my city they're usually public and used by everyone,don't know about Tbilisi though. These students come from Africa to study in Georgian universities,but there are also Africans who lived in Abkhazia for centuries,their history is a bit debatable, some sources(and the most reliable ones in my opinion) say they were purchased by local Abkhazian count Sharvashidze when they were sold as slaves in XVII but at old photographs they are wearing traditional Georgian uniforms(holding swords) which slaves wouldn't wear,so I think they were fighters,another theory says they are descendents of old Colchians which is definitely bullshit.
