We're on the WRONG SIDE. Assad held that fractured, multi-ethnic, multi-religious country together in some sort of secular fashion. Supposedly now Syrian military has been repelling and fighting ISIS attacks in Damascus. This attack only helped ISIS, and the jihadists. It's like we did it on their behalf. Pray for the Syrian people!
