I would never play without helmet one good shot and you can loose your mind forever, even tho in real life i hate wearing helmets of any kind it makes me uncomfortable and less vision around.The good ole days. Who the fuck needs a helmet or a goalie mask?

Notice also how small the goalie looks. Goalie position must be the one position in hockey which has improved most in hockey when compared to old days. Even if you watch 80s hockey the goalie is always some little guy flipflopping on his back like he's having a seizure. You could put cardbox-cut-out-man in the net and it would stop more pucks. You get the impression that goalie position was decided in juniors by the big guys deciding among themselves that none of them wanted to be in the net and then saying to that little un-athletic last of litter runt, "hey little dude if you want to be in the team, go sit in the net and eat some pucks!"The good ole days. Nowadays it's very likely, the goalie is the biggest guy in the team. Like it should.
