The first map looks meh, the second is better. Rozaje is mostly E-V13 with some R1b and J2b2 as shown by the second map whilst the first one shows it as mainly I2a.

The Albanians, these tigers of mountain wars ... have as their religion rebellion. Even their worst warrior is one of the strongest and bravest on the battle-field, just as if he was a knight on the legendary horse. But he has no horse, nor proper weapons for battle. Instead of the horse, he has a lance which strikes as lightning, he has spears who's points are full of posion as the sting of hornets, he has also a wooden bow with some arrows. Furthermore, he is stronger than iron ...

Montenegro is really mixed with various peoples.
We can confirm that J2a are those who were brought by Diocletian.
On exact location (Picture 1) where J2a is located Diocletian populated those region with people from Rome, I believe that region is near Podgorica, ancient city of Dioclea.
Another thing interesting is R1a... it's focused on that certain spot... It's a place where Slavs settled after arrival.
Since Celts and Thracians shared I haplogroup, those are native.
R1b are Germanic invaders (Franks, Saxons..etc..) and other non-Europeans.

Probably though this Cetinje tribe is very diverse considering it is made of couple of branches. I have read now from Serbian DNA Project that R1a is mostly common in tribes of Piperi and in some branches of Vasojevic tribe. It is also located in Northern Montenegro around Berane city.
