On exact location (Picture 1) where J2a is located Diocletian populated those region with people from Rome, I believe that region is near Podgorica, ancient city of Dioclea.

Another thing interesting is R1a... it's focused on that certain spot... It's a place where Slavs settled after arrival.

Since Celts and Thracians shared I haplogroup, those are native.

R1b are Germanic invaders (Franks, Saxons..etc..) and other non-Europeans.
We cannot exclude the theory where those J2a people are actually the direct descendents of Diocletian, or other serbian Roman Emperor, like Constantine the great since its a single subclade.
