There are hundred thousands of people descendant from albanian politicians, governors and rulers in modern turkey and middle east, either Ottoman Albanians or From Albanians that were part of the elite ruling group and Albanian dynasty in Egypt and Sudan.
There are still 20,000 albanian speaking people in Egypt today, like more than 6 million full or partial albanian in turkey and around 200,000 syrians of full or partial albanian heritage.
