Besides Italian I think all countries with a Mediterranean coast have good iOS. Except for Egypt. Egypt has some of the same dishes as some other countries in the Mediterranean coast but they have pretty awful cooks for te most part.

Japanese have some good street food, I love onigiri.

Paella aka Arroz à Valenciana is nothing out of this world.....

I'm a fan of meat but I also appreciate certain types of fish like tuna, salmon, cood, so my favourite Cuisines are Mediterranean ones, the Eastern Asian and I naturaly like the way Gauchos from Brazil/Argentina/Uruguay use their meats in the barbacue, they have some good quality meat around there.
