Is the political correctness and the 'offended people' for whatever stupidity or important reason a universal thing??

In the occidental world for sure it is, but what about the rest of the world?

Post memes or whatever that shows how is political correctness and the 'offended people' all around the world. (and translate it if necessary)

Hard to translate because the lack of gerder in english. Gender equality in language is the reason behind this meme.
