I have never been to Moscow and therefore I cannot vote. However, Izmir is way better than Istanbul in my opinion.

I chosed these two because they are comparable in importance. Moscow isn't even most beautiful city in Russia (St. Petersburg is), but since Istanbul/Constantinopole is ''second Rome'', and Moscow ''third Rome'', tread was created

Would love to see both. But Istanbul always had more allure to me because of its ancient history.

Yeah. Maybe I overestimated TA members ability to rate these cities based on their estetics/history, not political feeling towards these two countries.
