However, the "child" is no more a "child" than the "child" refugees (people in their 20s to 30s) who have abused the generosity of, murdered and/or raped people trying to help them. Would you be able to sleep soundly at night if you accepted such a person into your house & in return he raped your wife and murdered your children while you were at work for example?

That is what a lot of leftists don't consider. Not just in relation to the risk they put their family in but their country.

I would think most of the people are good people in a bad situation. Logically thinking if someone is traveling thousands of miles it is because they want to improve their lives.
