There has to be a specific gene and\or markers (SNPs). Perhaps the ones that are on the image you posted on your initial post?

Of these variants, Asp294His, Arg142His, Arg151Cys and Arg160Trp revealed the highest associations with ephelides in our study. His260Pro was also associated with ephelides.

I do. Mostly in my nose and cheekbones. But they are not that visible without increased sunlight exposure.

Nope. not freckled at all. My brother used to have red freckles (and glodenish hair) as a child but his hair darkened and although he is Vampire white, he burns but never gets freckles anymore.

I don't, but I have family members who do. I am Golden-haired gray-blue eyed descendant of the Steppe-Aryan folks, so not White.

Not at all, thankfully (I think they're a feminine trait). And many whites do not have them anyway.

I don't think having freckles makes you "whiter". Heck, there are olive-skinned people with freckles.
