I'm a mix of Colonial American and turn of the century immigrant lineages.

It's hard, because it makes it difficult to establish a stable identity.

I fit in amongst both groups and neither, all at once.

I'm too ethnic for the Colonials, but too Colonial for the ethnics.

Maybe if I marry a fully Colonial woman, the kids would be Colonial enough to fit in.

But then I would also be irrevocably destroying a pureblood Colonial bloodline, and those are already rare, sadly.

Is this why everytime I talk to White people and tell them my cultural background they reponse "Not anymore, you were born in the USA, so that makes you an American, forget your roots and ancestral country", "You are an AMERICAN NOW, or go back home", "I want you to eat burgers, steaks and root for an NFL team"

LOL Bobby lets be real, who gives a fuck who is colonial and who isn't. Noone cares, you are American and thats all, I think you should go out, instead of surfing on these forums.
