I suggest a circuit training regimen involving a combination of CV and PRT exercises. I use this form of workout program three times per week to keep myself in excellent physical condition.
A dedicated and properly performed exercise program releases endorphins that help relieve symptoms of depression, for example. It also improves circulation, thus enhancing mental acuity. And I know this following tidbit of useful information might not interest you, but invigorating exercise also improves virility.
Anyway you choose to look at it, exercise is a beneficial lifestyle addition.

Your body, nerves etc are adjusting to phyisical activity. Also start doing bodyweight exercises at home.
