About ultras or football hooligans, do you think they are bad or good?

Personally i grew with ultras and felt that connection to the crowd it truly makes the game magical, but at the same time there's the violent part that some despise.
What is your take on it?

I think the only guys in favor of the Commercialization are the brits that already abolished their tradition.

Here in Germany the traditionalist football movement and ultra movement is pretty big, and the resistance against our 3 plastic clubs never stopped.

Hooligans are alright if they are actual hooligans, actual hooligans are male adults that meet in a private place and fight without bother anyone.

Hooligans that attack regular fans on the other hands are pure scum.
