Maybe you haven't realised it yet, but I argued in favor of women.
I said that it isn't a smart idea to openly breastfeed with all the perverts around.
I would advise women to bring a prepared bottle with them all times.

Some babies don't latch on to the bottle teats and so may refuse their feed & if you're on a long journey where would you sterilize feeding equipment? etc.
Breastfeeding is the easier option and you can do it discreetly with designed cover ups or even a simple blanket
