It shouldn't really matter - the only issue is the sheer number of sociopaths getting a stiffy. If the baby is hungry and crying and being attended to should be the only thing that matters.

Some babies don't react well to bottles though and getting out of view isn't always possible. This is why I believe culture needs to be able to deal with it. Even in Islamic countries where women are veiled this is no big deal, yet here people associate it with leftism and degeneracy and attach sexuality to it.
