In 1705 Sava Vladislavich buyed several slaves in Istanbul and gave them to the emperor Peter the Great. One of these slaves was Abram Gannibal (African) great-grandfather of Alexander Pushkin. So, without Sava Vladislavich Pushkin would never be born.
