Of course they did not. These NATO Freemasonic animals just wanted a military base they could care less about humanitarian deeds , and be closer to Russia nothing more than that. I don't trust the U.S or it's allies, because they created black propaganda to justify their war in Iraq, and all of it turned out to be lies fabricated. Everything from the so called genocides that supposedly happened by the former regime were all lies, the so called atrocities are lies, the WMD's are lies. This not to say there were no casualties and atrocities took place, they certainly did, but they could be exaggerated. No there was no justification to bomb Serbia because many innocent people lost their lives.

Arab, spare me. what the fuck do you know about yugoslav wars ? Yes, they did issued warning before every attack (they targeted TV, arms factories, bridges, railways...wow, big deal)
Only place that was hit on purpose was Chinese Embassy, and they pretend that was accident.
Just because Americans terrorised Iraq and now do shit in Syria doesn't mean Serbs were innocent victims, tell tell to tousands of bodies they left behind.
Serb security forces commited mass murders against Albanian civilians and tried to forced them to leave Kosovo, just like years before that they did in Croatia and Bosnia.
bombing of Serbia was laughable picnic compared to bombings of Sarajevo they did for 4 years (longest seige in European history) and bombings of Croatian cities like Vukovar after which there was nothing left but rubble. NATO bombings proved a sucess because Serbs retreated from Kosovo, if there was no bombing today Kosovo would be Albanian-free.

Tito was probably the best option for Yugoslavia. Yugoslavia as a unitary state was never a thing, there was too much infighting between Serbs & Croats, the Federalisation was the only way possible. To understand Tito's Yugoslavia you must know about pre-Tito Yugoslavia.
It wouldn't have been anything like Syria, Syria has a strong president and state but is quite mixed while Serbia in 1999 was homogenous but the state was utterly corrupt and run by low grade criminals. Milosevic knew that resisting would only result in a worsening of the situation for Serbia. About Russians, they were not strong enough and were busy with themselves at the time, they wouldn't have been able to get involved.
Funny when Croats also have expansionistic plans....

NATO bombed SR Yugoslavia (and also Russia didn't help) because the Yugoslavia wanted to stay neutral, neither Western oriented, neither Eastern, and that was problem for West (NATO) but also for Russia, but Russia didn't want to react because of traditional friendship between Serbs and Russians and because of economic crisis in that time, while NATO reacted. Casus Belli was "Racak Massacre", where was killed about 200 people, then, if it is 'real' Casus Belli, why they didn't bomb Serbia because of Srebrenica where 8000 died? Hypocricy of NATO and West was proven again.

Russia supported us? lmao we were completely on our own
Americans created plans for Operation Storm, and they bombed Krajina and Republika Srpska, they also armed you and Bosniaks
Milosevic is to blame because he dragged us into war which he was not willing to complete or fully participate, but at the end the ones to blame are mostly our Krajina Serb politicians not from 90s but much before. They firstly supported Croats in their plans for decentralized Kingdom and Croatian Banate, and at the end of ww2 no one of them dared to ask for any autonomy to which we had full rights. Our fate in 90s is just a aftermath of our bad political decisions from 20th century.
