In many place around mediterranean sea there are old and beautifiu building.. also in Western Europe - central Europe...In Russia there are no so many ancient buildings.. Why ?

Yes.. it is very nice place.. but it is an "Italian city".. It is not "Russia"..

The Italians were responsible for many of the city's greatest public buildings...like this HERMITAGE...
