I always thought I couldnt be because Im not "White" enough. Once there was a guy who said he is a white spanish and from USA. I told him Im Greek because I thought he will know Im lying to be Serb, but he could believe im Greek. I didnt want to tell him my full ancestry because he was a racist and it was dangerous. And whats with the eyes, some Serb girl said my eyes are gypsy.

You have a very Serbian name, and your accent has a Serbian influence, and so if you told Americans you were a Serb, they would believe you. After all, you are 3/8 Serb.

You would never be seen as an Serb-American, though, since people with accents are generally seen as foreign even if they become naturalized citizens.

Most people would probably be too polite to question you about it if that's what you say you are. They still wouldn't see you as white.

Impossible to say. Very few Americans can likely identify where Serbia is on a map, nor what the range of Serbian phenotypes may be like (part-Roma v. not part Roma v. fully Roma).
