    I used wiki page popularity and added weights based on languages and decades when athlete was the most successful. I have another list for women - they are close to men by popularity only in some 5-6 sports.
    I counted Olympic medals for the first time when i was 6 years old, and followed more from age of 10.
    I made yearly list of countries by results in various world championships.
