Where is the pale white skin, black hair & light eyed type most common?

I used to think it was a pred. English or Irish type, but I have seen many Polish or E.European people living in the UK with this colouring as well (especially the females). I guess they would classify as North_pontid w/baltoid rather than the westerly "North-Atlantid" type. Or are they another specialized group? How common is it in Eastern Europe?

Both North Atlantids and North Pontids can have. I have seen both Brits and Poles with this look. From what I know of Eastern Europeans, it's really not that common though.

black hair doesnt exist in white people unless they have mongoloid or ssa genes, what you niggas have is very dark brown hair and nothing else nigga

she's not pale, but she looks good with a tan. At any rate, she's got black hair and blue eyes. Edit: Forgot to mention she's greek. You'll probably find this combination in S. Europe more than N. Europe.
