turkey shouldnt join because 1, 97% of turkey lies in asia. 2, theyr culture is a mix of persian, arabic and central asian. 3. theyr muslim. 4, all of turkish history is war against europe. a victory for turkey is a defeat for europe and a victory for europe is a defeat for turkey. 5. geneticaly turkish people are non european.

Ottoman Empire was a multi ethnic islamic Sultanate and it's expansion was done with the desire of many officials in the head of Ottoman empire ( many Albanians included) and also to accomplish the dream of Sultans as emperors of 7 continents.


Turkish republic on the other hand established in 1923 came as a war against the Ottoman Empire and was always cooperative with the West.

Turkey doesnt need EU but they must be vary careful with the islamization issue.
