It wouldn't surprise me if an area like the Southeast of England actually is mainly a Germanic + French-like mix with the Brythonic/Iron Age Celtic element best preserved in Ireland, being tertiary.

That makes a lot of sense as Southwest England is the closest area to the Continent. Areas like Ireland have always been more isolated and most of the populations came via Britain especially Scotland to Ireland. It will be interesting to see what Reich comes up with when he releases more information.
