Is it wrong to ghost someone you’re talking to when your just not feeling it anymore?

I still feel bad about a situation that forced me to ghost someone whom I liked a lot. We met at a local grocery store, and I got her phone number on my cellphone. We talked once, on the phone for more than a half hour, and it looked like things were going to go well. Then, my old cellphone froze up and expired, a few days later. Because it was so old, I couldn't find anyone to fix it, and the information remains locked in there. The good news, is that I now have one of the newest versions of iPhones. But, I still feel bad about losing her information.

Hello everyone this is my first thread, basically my close friends are giving me a hard time about this. They think it makes me look heartless

Isn’t it just easier to tell them you’re not feeling the connection or give anymore and then leave? Otherwise, you should just admit you have unresolved issues regarding commitment and enjoy inflicting emotional and mental trauma on others.

If you suddenly stop feeling talking to someone during a conversation but nevertheless want to continue you should have practised
it before and disciplined yourself to do so for some people it might be not that easy and they just fall into a blackout and then yeah...

Alot of people i have heard from that they despise smalltalk but it is one of the things that can save such
a situation
