Serbs and Greeks are the biggest enemies of Bulgaria in the modern history.

It is pity that modern Bulgarians are totally brainwashed from the EU and the vast majority don't have even a drop of nationalism and don't remember who is who.

Instead of concentrating on her own lands in Bosnia and Montenegro during the wars, Serbia was too greedy to take territories from the Southeastern Slavs. But today Serbia doesnt have Macedonia, nor Bosnia or Montenegro and from the three main Balkan nations, Serbia has the smallest territory.

This is exactly what I am saying. Bulgaria is probably the nation on the Balkans that suffers the most from Westernization, open borders and mass immigration. Bulgarian children are raised with the idea that they are citizen of the world before everything, not Bulgarians. A bit of patriotism would definitely change that and it would lead to much healthier community than the current one.

Orthodoxy is not some magical problem solver. Actually Orthodoxy doesn’t play a role in anything.

An example is eastern Europe. Russia is Orthodox but has invaded and occupies territories of two other Orthodox countries, Georgia and Ukraine. It also threatened Romania, another Orthodox country.

What Serbs you talk about? Serbs Orthodox never fight for Ottomans.

Christians from most Balkan nations fought for the Ottoman Empire. Provided we can speak about national identity during those times which is debatable. Larger empire conquers your country and demands your unconditional support in future conquests. Nothing you can do about this. I just mentioned this with suggestion to have a glimpse on a bigger picture.

Bulgaria, Macedonia, Moravian Serbia = culturally same countries divided in three different states. However, given the past, it's tough to suggest that nationals of those lands should unite under one banner. Although numerous times those nations were "together", I can also understand that in 1-2 generations it may be impossible to overcome their differences. Certainly not under some Orthodox/Slavic brotherhood flag.
