Yes.

Because I have two culturally diverging families (well three really) my last surname has been double barrelled, it goes like this:

1st, 2nd given names, then 1st, (2nd+3rd) family names.

I don't use all of them in day to day stuff for obvious reasons, but my great paternal family name is always there.

the same name but spelling is just two vocals different due to Romanianization of our Ukrainian surname in the past two generations through birth certificate mistakes. however, I got used to the wrong form my name has, so I am not about to change it. most people in my community have their name wrongly transliterated to Romanian from Ukrainian, an issue all minority ethnic groups in Romania share, except for Hungarians, only them manage to keep their surnames correctly spelled by the Romanians
