From facebook what roma told me. I heard them say that criminals dont follow romani traditions

It's like a code of conduct or the spirit of being Romany. It is hospitality, asylum or refuge, justice, bravery, loyalty, chaamba (family first), righteousness, trust in God, Allah or whatever you accept as the ultimate, respect, pride, protecting women, kids, family, elders, sick, disabled, weak, honor, courtesy, obedience to elders and Kris, cleanliness, and self defense.

Tent doesnt mean criminal neither horsewagons and it doesnt mean they dont follow that conduct. I do think that some gypsies lived in tents but they were clean inside and beautifully decorated look at old pictures of gypsy wagons how beautiful they are
