Too many people are smoking it these days anyway and are by definition "criminals".

I guess the crime rates will drop but so would the number of staff I would be sacking that come to work stoned.

It is psychoactive substance like any other drug (including pharmaceutic antidepresives etc) so it should be forbidden. It can trigger acute psychotic episode and in long term usage can trigger clinical depression and other changes of character in users.

I'm strongly against any atempt of changing consciousness by any drug and only weak people like to do that. Strong people do intellectual or physical challenges to amuse theirselves

Legal. Just like alcohol is. I have no desire of using it myself, though. The strongest argument against to me is the strong smell and perhaps also the danger of it to people with psychiatric disorders.

Interesting is that people with psychiatric disorders (including those non diagnosed) like it the most.

Recreational tobocacco products consumers like myself have to endure out of proportion state persecution, ever encreasing taxes and stigma. Meanwhile we want to legalize and make socially acceptable something that has the potential to frie people's brains. Double standards if you ask me.

In Serbia you can get marijuana very easily so i don't really care if it is legalised or not.
