What country has the lowest standard for whiteness?

I'd say either Puerto Rico or Brazil. If you can believe it or not, about 80% of Puerto Ricans self identify as white.

Dominican Republic. Even mulattoes are considered 'white' there.

Latin America in general. U.S.A no way lol, hopefully they will have MENA section. In Canada there is already such a section for Arab, North African, and West Asian which is nice since we are not White. MENA are seen as White on paper in the U.S, but not socially or culturally, they are clearly seen as the other.

I think the MENA on the census thing failed in America. Shame, since it was a good idea.

How's in Canada? In USA, Levantine and Armenian migrants in 19th century made USA accept MENA as white, MENA was not considered white before.

Yeah. There still lobbying for it though. In Canada it's more accurate.

North African(Berbers/Egyptians/ Arabic speaking Berbers/Copts)
West Asians(Turks, Iranians, Afghans, Armenians, Assyrians ect)
Arabs(Iraqis, Saudis, Emiratis, Omanis, Yemenis, Bedouins, Levantines)

Though depending some Levantines would put West Asian, well others well put Arab, which has better visible minority status

They are considered non-White and visible minority. Canada never saw them as White, and for some reason they did not lobby it as such. Now with more Yemenis, Bedouins, Iraqis they want to change the status of the MENA or break it down like Canada has always in the U.S. Levantines here Christian and non-Christian often identify as Arabs, because Arab has benefit to it's visible minority status to extent, the same is true of North African, and to extent West Asian, but the term Arab is stronger probably due to the more non-White element if you know what I mean.
