In Brazil anyone with "caucasoidish" features and light skin is considered white, regardless of ethnic background. But i think other LA countries are more "permissive" about that. In the USA only europeans and maybe jews are, but i think it depends on the region.

Because Brazil is not obsessed with races.Only weirdos on internet that are all on TA, talks about ancestry here. Brazil is not like USA where people say openly 'omg im italian omg im irisih". We dont ask peoples their ancestry irl, and we considers ourselves Brazilians more than anything. Americans dont have culture and identity, they want to be foreginers. USA is the only place in New world where u found people claiming to be something they arent: Im German" Nope, youre AMERICAN.

If anything an Italian descent in Brazil says "my family are italian descent"
they dont say "im italian brazilian"
because we all have a brazilian cultura identity, we dont want to be foreginers

People might not realize what mongrels "white" Puerto Ricans are. Since the small subset of people who would actually be considered white by American standards hold most political power on the island. They're the people you disproportionately see on TV.

A lot of the legitimately white people in Puerto Rico aren't of Spanish descent. I get the impression that the non-Spaniards in Latin America were less likely than the Spaniards to miscegenate, for whatever reason. Ricardo Rosello is very white looking and is of Italian descent.

Black people can not classify. I see black Americans on forums saying Bruno Mars's father is white. I see them saying that some Latinos(clearly mestizos) are white hispanic. There are only white and black for black community.

I'd say either Puerto Rico or Brazil. If you can believe it or not, about 80% of Puerto Ricans self identify as white.

Actually isn't Brazil since 47% of Brazilians are self-identified Whites and the number of people between 80-100% European is about 33-40%. However, really only 15% of Puerto Ricans according genetic tests are in the range (80-100) but "80%" (your information) are self-declared Whites. So it is not even close here. I am not considering the fact that 90%+ Europeans are much more common in Brazil (15-20%) than in Puerto Rico (<5%) as well.

From what I have seen would be Chile where Whites have less % of European blood, taking into account that 30-60% of Chileans are self-identified Whites, but only 5-10% are between 80-100% European. All according genetic tests of course.

I see on lipstick alley forum they(Aframs) even saying Joan Smalls mother is white.


Aframs has a terrible whiteness standard.
