Default Erdogan building 2nd palace: 300-room summer palace in Marmaris

A 'summer palace' with 300 rooms will be constructed for Turkish President Erdoğan in one of Turkey’s top vacation centres, in the Okluk bay of the Marmaris district of the southwestern province Muğla.

Construction works of a summer palace to be built for the ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) Chairman and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan continue unceasingly in Marmaris, while his Presidential Palace in Ankara with its 1150 rooms is being expanded with additional buildings each passing day.

These works, which began as "maintenance" for the four-roomed guest house built during the period of the 8th Turkish President Turgut Özal, has been transformed into a luxurious new building construction for Erdoğan and his family. The guest house had not been used by the presidents in later periods.

A 300-ROOM PALACE FOR ERDOĞAN INSTEAD OF A 4-ROOM SUMMER HOUSE

While the construction of the palace that had been criticized for its destruction of nature has been kept under wraps, the report revealed that the air-conditioning cost of Erdoğan's summer palace alone is about 3 million TL ($874,659).

    She might.
German folks have high IQ and they question, they reason.
Among European folks, there is no blind worship of power and leader cult.
People care for their life standard, unlike MENAs or South Asian Folks ready to live poorer just to make life better for they who worship.
    Genetic thing.

The reason why European nations have been stronger than MENA ones in the last millenia, that's organization.
Anglo-Saxons became number one in the world, because they already limited the power of their king back in 12th century, he had to share power with Lords Councils.
They set standards which were respected, rules and laws to follow strictly. Strong institutions were born.

Old Turks were like that too. Göktürks and Khazars had Tarkhans councils, the khagan had to listen. Among Khazars there were even dual kinship with Khagan (head of state with divine choseness status, but not ruling the country in daily affairs) and Khaganbek (ruling as sort of prime minister, ruling country's affairs) and Tarkhans Kurultay who also had their say.

In MENA folks, the worshipped One has all power. He can do whateva he wants, nobody questions. When someone dares to question, he/she is silenced by mass of worshippers.
The worshipped One doesn't need others' thoughts and acts according to own will and wishes. Whatever that One says is law, even if that person isn't educated or acts according to own wills. There is thus no stable system, no rooted institutions.

Now question: How much is Turkey like that? ha ha ha.

Merkel doesn't build palace while having 450 billion US dollars foreign debts, or while her currency is losing strongly value against the US dollar (thus making the nation poorer)

It's not magnificent enough for a Sultan of his caliber. You should open your home and your females' sexual orifices for him to enter if he desires so. He is your Sultan, remember?

They probably cost less than $100 million, the rest are obviously kickbacks, or as you use to say "baksis"...
