I don't normally read English books translated to Finnish, because I can't stand the Standard Finnish dialect that is used to write Finnish. But my mom was a huge Tolkien fan, and I have my mom's old Lord of the Rings books in Finnish, so I'm now reading them again.

It's taking forever though, because I'm copying the books to my constructed syllabic writing system for Finnish. For example here the notebook contains the same text as the page shown in the photo:



The original text in the Latin alphabet contains 2003 characters (if you count spaces and paragraph breaks but not hyphens at the end of lines). The version in my writing system contains 718 characters, or about one third of the original character count.

Hiragana is not even fully syllabic, because you often need two or three characters to write a single syllable. And I don't like how you need diacritics to write voiced syllables hiragana. I have also made a fully syllabic writing system for Japanese that doesn't have any diacritics.

For example the word "Tokyo" has five characters in Hiragana: "とうきょう". But in my writing system it only has two characters:



The Komi script is just an alphabet, which is a type of writing system for babies, but Uralische Völker have so much Mongoloid DNA that we can understand a more complex writing system. Anyway, there is already an association that promotes using the Komi writing system to write Finnish: https://anburseura.wordpress.com. But I think it's part of FSB's program for infiltrating Uralic nationalist circles or something. The association was registered in Estonia, and it has a VK page even though no-one in Finland uses VK. And it's part of a circle of Estonian Uralic nationalist accounts on Twitter, which 100% have the vibe that they they're ran from Putin's troll farm.

I didn't ask about that nonsense.
I aksed, why not used Rovas to write Finnish insted of own self
developed alphabeth, which noone will ever use, even know about.
