Sicilian tennis player Dalila Spiteri

She has a very typical southwest Sicilian/Maltese surname. Spiteri is one of the most common surnames in Malta and much of Maltese ancestry comes from this part of Sicily.

My classification is Alpine-Faelid and MINOR but present Taurid. If you look closely you could mistake her for North European but a trained eye would know otherwise.

She looks Ashkenazi to me also. She looks superficially North European but if you study the features you can see there is something else too, which I attribute to minor Semitic input. She does not look South Euro Med at all though which is why she looks so atypical for a Southern European.

She also looks like Ahed Tamimi, the Palestinian girl arrested for punching the IDF soldier (who, FYI, also can pass superficially as North European but also looks "Ashkenazi" in a similar way).

She also, slightly, resembles Jennette McCurdy from iCarly who is of various European ethnicities (including 1/8 Italian):

Yeah this look is common among Ashkenazis, but it's only pseudo North European as you said. This is why this type of look looks distinctly Israeli for me, and I believe I would in most cases be able to differentiate between the pseudo North European looking Ashkenazis and actual North Europeans.
