Cuba is very diverse depending of the region, that s the reason we always doubt.
And also because of the fact that Havana is a huge melting-pot, sort of Detroit or New Orleans.
So, in a way I think you are right.

Cuba is very Euro but not very white IMO. I got to see several documentaries and travel blogs through Cuba (different cities) and less than half look white, which doesn't mean they are less Euro, just that their non-Euro component is SSA which makes them look less white. Argentinians who are 3/4 Euro look whiter than Cubans on the same Euro range due to the SSA component.

Exactly.
Almost all octoroons look ambiguous while most all criollos de vuelta look almost totally or totally Euro.
