My parents have the same view as me (how do you think I got it?), but they knew exactly what they were getting into and deliberately chose to take on the financial and emotional burdens of having children. I cant say i'd do the same. My parents were smart and only had children when they knew they wanted them, and used things like contreceptives so they wouldnt get one when they neither wanted nor could handle one.
