I dunno , that is a tough one it is between repealing the 1960s chain immigration and reinstituting the immigration act of 1924 :

Mandatory castration of pedophiles and serial rapists. I think someone said that up above too, but this was the first thing that came into mind. I'm also for a two strikes policy: if the pedophile offends the first time they get castrated and if they somehow manage to offend again, they automatically get the death penalty. The preferable method of execution would be allowing the victim's family to decide how it's done or do it themselves. Because of the severity of the penalty for pedophilia, wives who falsely accuse their husbands in custody disputes would face the same penalty-- genital mutilation for the first offense, death if she's a serial offender. Only fair that way. Also, women who let their boyfriends molest their kids should get the same penalty as the boyfriend since they enable it.

In Spain: more strict immigration policies. Only allow to immigrate to Spain to people with racial/cultural affinity with Spain and Europe, like white, or at least very heavily Euro Latin Americans, and giving some more priority to those white/mostly Euro Latin Americans with strong family ties to Spain. On these immigration laws, they could let in other Europeans, but not too many. People of other European backgrounds should be very minority, and ethnic Spaniards should always remain as being the overwhelm majority of the Spanish population. Blacks, mulattoes, triracials and Muslim "refugees" should be banned from even stepping into Spanish territory.

Regarding the judicial laws, the Law of the Minor (Ley del Menor) should be derogated for being obsolete and unrealistic on dealing with younger than 18 psychopaths who will never reinsert in society. According to this controverted law, minors who commit any felony (including very horrible crimes) cannot spend more than 6-8 years of penitence into an internment center, and then have to be released and receive some psychological assistance. The Spanish judicial system should contemplate life sentences, and without parole, for very horrible crimes, when these crimes have been committed with premeditation and treachery, don't fucking matter if the perpetrator is younger than 18. The criminal age to be full responsible and processed like an adult for gross criminal acts should be 12-14 years, not 18.
