I'm certainly not in awe over Ukrainian girls in particular because I like other women more due to those other factors.

I haven't been to Ukraine and not traveled Europe but have been in places where there were lots of Russian and Ukrainians. I think Russian girls are better than Ukrainian girls

Best looking is subjective but they surely are very pretty on average. They seem to always look after themselves, even though they come from a impoverished nation.
