Not at all consistently. I drank it 3 times this month, but this is the only month this year I've had any.

So it's really variable.

The secret is b4 you start to drink hard liquor , eat some thick bread with either lots of butter on it or with cooked animal fat spread on it .
This will help to seal your stomach , butter does this well.
Dont drink on an empty stomach ..unless your an alcoholic lol.
But yeh daily or regular heavy drinking of hard liquor- spirits is not great for you.
I just do shots on weekends , during the week I usually drink wine with dinner 1 to 2 glasses, on weekends at BBQ's or get together with male friends I drink beer.
Some weekends I drink some spirits either Scotch,Vodka, or when I can get it Palinka.
\But i drink in moderation , I rarely get fucked up these days.
