Dark skin is seen as more masculine in most cultures, even the cultures where light skin is preferred.

It has no significance, cranium, facial traits, eyes, height, and musculature are the ones in play. Women have lighter skin in all races and ethnicities thought, so it might be perceived as feminine by some.
