But I am of the opinion that white North Americans are very diverse, and it can hardly be talked about a "typical" white North American look.

If very standard whites with medium fair complexion and roundish/fleshy features like Mae Whitman, Dakota Johnson, Mel Gibson, Brad Pitt or Mary Elizabeth Winstead can be taken as "typical" white North Americans, then at least 80% of Iberians and Italians could.

Typical? Eh, I guess around 25 to 30% for both Spaniards and Italians, but I don't think they would have any trouble in assimilating among Whites of America as a whole really.

Well, obviously, yeah. I guess It depends on which region of White Americans you're talking about really. I'm guessing that the people living in North-Western part of the US are more of Anglo or North-Western European in general or something.

Given where I've lived in four states and visited many others, typical white persons looks vary a decent bit in each place. Most here have some mix of German, Norwegian, and swedish ancestry with smaller amounts of Irish French polish and English ancestry. In South Carolina it's predominantly Scots Irish and English ancestry. Where I'm from in Pennsylvania it's a mix of Italian German Irish and English.

Your opinion sounds more logical than Cristiano Viejo. I do not think that the vast majority of Spaniards and Italians show themselves as typical whites, but that only 5% of them do seem so exaggerated when I speak of typical whites. I am speaking of Anglo-Americans. I even think that ethnic group is diverse.
